Know why AS posts such drivel? ... Delusions of omniscience.

The bin Laden family is huge. Some of them are probably very close but its a bit much to call such a large extended family very close nit. Even if they where it doesn't make an effective reply to my post.

Bush Sr. was meeting with a Bin Lauden on 9-11.

I'm not so sure this is true. I suspect if it was it would have been all over the news, SI, liberal talk radio (which I do listen to occasionally). But I don't know that it wasn't true, so for the sake of argument I'll assume it is. So what? It might be a bit bad for his image but it really isn't very relevant to anything. The bin Laden family is possibly the biggest business and construction family in Saudi. Presidents meet with major business leaders from time to time. It’s the type of thing that if true would make a great post for the anyone but Bush crowd but its really almost meaningless, unless the bin Laden he was meeting with was OBL. If one of my cousins became a terrorist, and Bush met with me on the same day that my brother blew something up, it would not mean that Bush had positive feelings about, or didn't want to capture my cousin.

Know why Bush let Osama go at Tora Bora?

That is a little like asking why my cat let an armed invasion which took over France or why the sun rose in the west this morning.
