Elmer, This is an undeniable indictment on AMD's Board of Directors and certainly a justification for desperate behavior. Does this explain AMD's actions?

They have brought to the market the most scaleable and inovative x86 ever. You try to make AMD sound like a failure. They are #2 in a huge market.

Yea, I guess you should indict Amgen's BOD as well. They've been around over 20 years and still have negative retained earnings.
