Smearvets lied about that too. Kerry never did anything to help the enemy. He was only interested in saving US troops and POW's lives. By the time he met with a Vietnamese delegation the war was already lost and for all intents and purposes over. It was just a matter of agreeing on a timeframe to let us get our guys out of there with some shreds of dignity. The smearvets lied about everything.
