I've seen the document on the RMGC (Rosia Montana Gold Corporation) site two day ago (http://www.rmgc.ro/Pdfs/comunicat_presa_05-07-2005EN.pdf). Now there are articles about this issue on a number of other sites (Reuters Canada and Resource Investor). Gabriel does an intelligent move by moving offices to Bucharest. I still maintain the statement from my first post, that the the main obstacles against the Rosia Montana project are legal issues. I cannot speculate at the moment if the current political situation will help them or not (the Romanian Government announced today that it intends to call early parliamentary elections because of a blocked reform of the justice system).
