If they wait a little longer the costs will increase by 40% and the whole thing will be called off regardless that the voters voted for it all along. Take it from someone who knows.......they'll wait you out or hold public meetings to death until people give up. I did my emission test for my car today and the tester told me that the cost of licensing a vehicle like mine for a resident of Seattle is several hundred dollars more because of the Monorail tax. I'm sure glad I don't live in Seattle.
