Yes, the kids and grandkids are all aware of it now and I hope that they always think about safety when driving or riding with someone else. Being able to walk away is a major part of being a winner whenever in a casino. And I too believe that many times good luck follows back luck. And I can't explain it either...just seems to happen. We will not get the appraisal on our car until possibly Thursday when the company's owner who does all the appraisals comes back from vacation. Hubby does have a car to drive. Yes, I am planning to retire early tonight and hope to get an early start tomorrow, so will only check the news and the weather report as we will have a tropical depression in the Gulf of Mexico which is supposed to hit sometime in the early morning hours tomorrow and the coasts are preparing now for that. From what it looks like it will only bring us rain, which we really need at this point and not hit us directly. Hoping and praying it doesn't, but finishing the new bulkhead should improve our results from same. Really glad that work is done, especially if the depression changes its course. Just getting started will make me much happier and get me motivated to get it done. I have told the kids not to call or come by as that will distract me and I will show them my results when I am finished. Hope they listened well. Will check in a couple days from now.
