Doug.... The nr 732 329 0045 is NOT the number of NANERGY... it is in no way connected to NANERGY ... it is TERRASOALR.... which is ALSO NOT the "terrasolar" company bought by Nanergy..... Nanergy bought "TERRASOLAR Development" which is an entire different company..... Please do not get confused... I called there and was told that Dr. Zoltan Kiss is now in Canada and not working for Nanergy. ... he is just consulting for them when needed.... this is a big difference ...as opposed to have been hired.. don't you think ? You can get same info when calling the secretary at TERRASOLAR.... There are too many confusing variables..... sorry. At this point NO-one can really contact Nanergy... the New York Nr. 212.922.1598 is connected to a general VM announcing since weeks that there is no-one available...(I tried) Sometimes during that message it "switches" over to a secondary VM recording... saying " hello.....then a few seconds pause and then saying ... I cannnot hear you... 2 x.. followed by hang up....and the voice is always the same... its a recording ... not a live person talking. but you have to try for about another hour or so to get through again... If you are patient enough you will have same sad experience. The website is still not updated and Cynthia is not returning calls and / or emails.... If this is a real company it is time now to act.....or to fold. Recently they took away 100x the amount of shares and now the artificially blown up share price returns back to what it was before the r/s. Well, lets inform Nanergy Management that we all want 100 x the shares we just gave back to them and lets forget this legally sanctioned rubbery ever took place..... ..... will never happen...we all know.... Read between the lines...... Sorry for John and all the other hardcore pumpers which just did not get it... Sorry that I can not provide the exciting news and opportunity the company was promising just weeks ago.... .... but Hey... this is Wallstreet Casino... you all know it. The only true sad part is really that NANO Techology is now realized by true companies like DSTI.... which are aware of the next industrial revolution ...this being NANO TECH and Sciences.. ...and NNGY could do the same.... but they needed to work for that ... like any other company which tries to be successful.... Try to place an order with Nanergy..... which said will market products by end of June.... let me know if you are successful.... ....nuf said... good day everyone....

Hi doug, "..Jus' so's ya know..": 1) Terrasolar and its former research and development department is an independent company with whom Dr. Kiss had ties. 2) NNGY bought their R&D department to assist in furthering it's future technology developments. Terrasolar manufacturing remains the separate entity it has always been. 3) Dr. Kiss is still an integral part of NNGY, a major stockholder, and continues to be directly involved, per the HQ this afternoon. FYI: Demonte & Associates is a known quantity on the Street, with a staff of 20+/-. As soon as the HQ reviews and approves the pending press releases, I'm sure they will be handled very professionally. Ken Lowman, the former OSFT IR/PR guy, is also remains involved. He helps handle the more direct Institutional IR activites now, as I understand it. John :-) .
