I wouldn't trust anything Rove's lawyer says. This is do or die for Rove. Either he totally beats this or he's a goner. And he might bring down the entire White House with him. This kind of thing is always connected to something else, a whole chain-reaction thing. Remember what this is really about, Bush lying to the American people saying Saddam has an active nuke program. To justify invasion and occupation. The nuke program did not exist. Meanwhile he let Iran and Nk get nukes. Impeachable offenses.
