Again, you are mistaken. The German Army shot NO ONE that was civilian. If you are referring to the Slavs and Russians on the Eastern Front there were OTHERS that followed the Army and committed atrocities after the German army passed through. The truth is, the German commanders were very angry about this as they realized it would stiffen resistance. If you are referring to atrocities committed in occupied territories, Again, they had politicos not the regular Army that was guilty of that. I am not STANDING UP for Germany, heck my Uncle was killed on Omaha beach landing and is buried there in France. I am just setting the record straight. jdn
