<redeeming qualities in Bush> In a world where people already have reason to suspect that the politicians and bureaucrats in Washington are not always the best and the brightest among us, Bush stands out as a particularly notable self-important, pompous airhead -- not a fullblown asshole, but close. Perhaps that is the distinguishing feature that led him to believe that an illegal war, ill-advised, without meaningful planning and poorly prosecuted was what the USA really needed as a distraction from his lack of manhood.
