Kerry was absolutely in Cambodia and absolutely on the Cambodian border Xmas eve 1968 as he states in his diary, the most reliable of sources one could ever find. Clear enough for you? Sinde the ops were off the books they don't have official reports on them. O'Neill lied about this repeatedly, saying swifties never went into Cambodia. He is on the Watergate tapes boasting to Nixcon that he went to Cambodia too. This is a non-issue. Kerry was there. period. And O'Neill is a bald-faced busted liar.
