I have a degree in psychology, but I don't care to address Bush's mental state other than to suggest that a cui bono analysis of his policies will show that he has a rational plan to destroy America and create a militarized corporate world government with his friends making all the real profits from the endeavor.

Amazing, and he has managed to convince everyone that he is a dimwit!
