Trust in guys like Hagel, Kerry, the gang of 14 and others. They are the ones who can stop Bush. Hopefully there is a similar movement starting in the DElay congress to effectively remove Delay's power. 35 moderate congressmen from both parties should be able to do it. and they will get re-elected but DElay's buddies won't.
