Finding palliatives are hard enough. Imagine cures??? Lotsa new antibiotics and vaccines coming along. --- Some drug companies are in the "broken bone business" offering plates, rods and bone filling. I put that intentionally. --- The US system is more demanding of Quality. It's a matter of survival of the fittest(it's not perfect!). How many US citizens are flying to Canada to solve serious medical problems? What about the reverse? At the University level Canada becomes more competitive though. As for link, Google it.
