You're a semantics-type of guy.

Semantics. I suppose so. I think that one should pick a word that has an appropriate meaning. I don't find stainless steel pins, screws and plates to be "cures for broken bones". The role of those particular items is largely mechanical. Any signficant research was done decades ago in establishing that the stainless steel was benign. I don't find "benign" objects to be curative in nature. We could argue over who is playing the semantics game.

If it will make you feel better, I'll retract the article on anti-biotics and agree that they are not cures....now a plaster of paris cast....that's a real cure for broken bones.

Further, silicone transplants are a cure for the disease of small breasts. Even the companies that produce ovenware dabble in cures.

P.S. I think 'ol Wayne has fully established his credentials as a font of knowledge. But if/when I ever find myself in agreement with Wayne, it'll scare the hell out of me.

I thought I should also acknowledge...

that the Canadians are crossing the border in hoards [as in Genghis Kahn type hoards] to obtain our drugs in the US. While there is no known case of Americans obtaining drugs in Canada ... or at least living to tell about it.

And if there's anyone that doesn't believe that, they can google for it.
