One to two weeks seems a bit quick to me. It appears that Fitzgerald thinks the testimony of Cooper and Miller is important, so he has to get them in front of the grand jury before summing up the perjury case and asking the jury to indict.

Given the possibility that Cooper and Miller might be sentenced to house arrest, which could result in months of delay before they spill the beans, or might choose to spend some time in prison rather than talk, I don't see how anyone can predict when an indictment will come.

Too bad. Although I do fervently believe in protecting the journalist in this case my sympathies are with their revealing. Terrible to be so biased isn't it.
