I believe this time period has already expired........ DECISION PENDING: Hard to Treat Diseases, Inc. v. Shinn et al., 04-800010. The trial has concluded and the court has granted the parties an additional ten days to submit proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law. The court's decision will be filed with the clerk of court shortly thereafter and a precis of the decision will be published on this website. Persons desiring a copy of the decision should make appropriate arrangements with the clerk of court. And, the statement above is just a "..carry-over.." from the previously published court schedule.
