LOL. Now that you turn it on the U.S., it sure is damning isn't it. :) So if that's the case, we need to vote Bush out of office next election. Beyond that though, I am not a citizen of the world. I am a citizen of the U.S. and my first concern is for Americans and their interests. So my list was primarily intended for other countries. But I do like pointing it at U.S. gov't officials who fit the bill. That's what makes us special, isn't it? We can criticize our gov't and vote them out if we don't think they are doing a good job.
