I do not understand the complaint. The order didn't attempt to stop such broadcasts, only to have them declared political. Which they obviously were...

KVI had issued a news release May 9 bragging about the success of Wilbur and Carlson in helping to "promote the launch of a new gas-tax initiative."

What about the flat out politicking from the pulpit? At the very least, why doesn't the IRS go after all that income tax and ditto local governments on the property tax?

I think I heard someone say that it would wipe out the SS deficit.
