Couple things I've heard so far.. One is the recent Supreme Court ruling of eminent domain will apply. So if El Salvador widget company wants your lot for it's widget factory, they can get it.

secondly, immigration quotas won't apply. So if Honduras is slated to have 5000 new immigrants into the country, a Honduran employer could circumvent the quota (if it was already met for the year) and simply bring as many as they want in as "employees". You can see where this is going to go...

It's also comical that US textile exports TO central America won't have tariffs for the next 15yrs. And here I thought all those textile jobs were lost years ago......
