So you think disclosing the name of a CIA agent should not be a federal crime?

WSJ editorial points out that exposing Plame was probably not a criminal act. The law in question says something about placing federal agents in the field and their supporters in danger. As I understand it, Plame was an desk agent, and her exposition doesn't place her in any danger (she hasn't been attacked as a result of her being exposed, as far as I know). Not really all that important at this point, but something to keep in mind.
