As long as the resources not in the hands of the rich are also growing I don't have a problem with the wealth of the rich growing faster, esp. when "the rich" are not a fixed group.

As we discussed previously, Americans are not nearly as upwardly mobile as legend would have it. Therefore, I, for one, will not cheerlead for the rich and defend their right to get richer at my expense. But you go right ahead.
