Cheney is the ONLY one who could have OK'ed such a huge contract to HAL. He's the one with the tremendous conflict of interest. You don't find a paper trail, it's just obvious. Cheney was a principal planner of the Iraq War from the beginning, even before 9-11. HAL was given this contract long before the American people even knew Bush wanted to invade Iraq. It was all part of the fix, the deception, the game-plan. whatever you want to call it. What's it now, 6 billion to Halliburton, about a third of which is profit and gouging?
