Now that's an interesting point: avoiding self incrimination. Cooper and Novak wrote about it but Miller didn't. Miller was too busy being Chalabi and the administration's conduit for lies to the American public after all.

So she would be guilty of what? Obstruction of justice -- isn't her refusal to testify already that? Not reporting a crime?

This is very confusing. Others are speculating that the prosecutor's case was grinding to a halt and that he needed Cooper and Miller to keep it going.
