In my business there are parameters for any steel my customers buy. Stainless, alloy, or carbon steels have set standards as to their content of each ingredient. China is good at anything we produce as an oversimplifying statement, as is Japan, Taiwan, and Israel etc.

Junk? You want junk? How bout....94 toyota p/u w/275k, 94 toyota 4wd forerunner (lots o'parts available in junk yards), 73 or so ford pinto(good glass! straight body needs engine) 3 or 4 spare toyotas, subarus, a 65 two ton farm truck with dump (needs new wood bed new front tires only 65k original miles, couple of vans, trailers, three or four (neighbors) tractors. ain't talked bout the wood and steel pile. Got stuff in there from the early thirties. Some maybe older. Lots of the old wagon harness and hanes still hangin in an outbuilding if I remember right. Going to have to go look.
