It seems to me that it is not Al Qaeda's usual practice to issue warnings before attacks.

British police told the Israeli Embassy in London minutes before Thursday's explosions that they had received warnings of possible terror attacks in the city, a senior Israeli official said.

This attack in London looks very bad. No speculation yet on who did it, but it had to be someone with resources... 9 explosions (?).

Yes, very bad. I thought IRA at first but multiple blasts on the first day of the G8 summit in Scotland sounds too much like al Qa'ida. If so, it took them 4 years to do their next attack. Their timetable has speeded up.
