They already destroy the homes of suicide bombers' families in Israel. But they stop short of killing their families. Between that policy and shutting off the funds from Saddam and SA, suicide bombings in Isreal are down. yes, and also the fence....but we cannot 'fence' them out the fact that the israelis don't attack the families (whom i consider to be accessories to mass murder) is done out of political deference to the west, imo...and therein part of the problem.... they can take their blood money and go to live elsewhere sending the bombers into iraq, and now london
