"Thanks for correcting my spelling" Well..it is not a small matter. You write to your boss that your goal as a team player is to "conquer" rather than "concur" and you can get all those bonuses. Do you "concur" with your boss; or do you "conquer" him? You would not want to set your goals at "conquering" and end up "concurring". IF you want a top floor office you must do one or the other. "I know how much misspellings disturb the intellectually superior literary sorts among us, so I generally try to avoid making them" Not to highlight the point, but I would rather have assumed that you were NOT trying to avoid such errors of spelling and meaning. But you are being honest which is worth one Hell of a lot.
