If tax incentives where created or enlarged lots of things would make more sense financially to the people who would get the incentives. I don't think noting that fact is particularly interesting or is an argument for anything.

Of course you wouldn't.......you don't like tax incentives, just tax cuts. Only the rich and their well being concern you. Nothing new here.
