At least 33 were killed, 200 injured so far. About 1/90 of 9-11. 4 out of every 3 folks are bad at fractions.

Silly you. The United States respects international laws. We can't just go ahead and send in special forces to snatch Osama from inside a sovereign country, especially while we're still trying to explain Afghanistan and Iraq. Goss said part of the difficulty in capturing bin Laden was "sanctuaries in sovereign nations." cnn.com Why haven't we taken out Osama is the better question, especially if as Cheney and Goss say, we know pretty much where he is.
