I don't think there's a few million of them. There easily could be, if the fearful ignorant turn this into an actual Crusade against Isalm. The chimp is in trouble, maybe he's venal enough to jump out and lead the Crusade.

There are plenty of people in every organization who criticise the administration. That is actually healthy. There are plenty of people in the US who have complaints about the government, it is all discussible. Of course when the competitors express their complaints it is at a more heated level.

I see plenty of valid reasons for people in other countries to support efforts competing with ours, even actively. I happen to disagree with most of them partly because it is in my best interests to do so and partly because I know they are not acting on good data.

Even if there are millions who are against the USA, they are not all 'Timothy McVeigh' types. Your characterisation is almost as extremely unfair as those you are focused on.
