BS. Cheney lied and said he had no ties to HAL. Then we find out he has stock options and a continuing salary. So what else don't we know? What was the real deal cheney made with HAL when he left? And why did Cheney allow a no-bid contract so far totalling 9.1 billion dollars? One of the largest contracts ever given a corporation, the the company that the VP was running, and may be running again? This is beyond unethical. Even if Cheney gave away everything to charity it would be unethical. At the very least there should have been a careful bidding process. Like I said, what a democrat were VP and did the same thing? Wouldn't the rightwing be howling for impeachment and even prison? Absolutely. This is gross abuse of power and masive corruption. What makes it even worse is the fact Halliburton has been gouging the Pentagon shamelessly.
