John and longs:

Judge Hurley ruled that Shinn had the right to cancel the sub-license agreement to HTDS OK and T-19 OK. Basically that means that although the Share exchange agreement did close and he was assessed a punitive fine of $200K, Shinn won the big prize which is the right to market Tubercin.

So far I've lost $58K and have just under a million shares to get rid of. I bought another 400K shares this morning.

The stock to watch is ATKJ, but I doubt I'll be investing in anything that has to do with Dr Ronald Shinn.
