President Bush was elected by a majority of the American voters. One of the important issues was Democrats obstruction of his judicial appointments. He received a mandate to appoint Constitutional constructionists. President Bush needs to follow through on his mandate or risk losing the support of his followers. The rabid left is mobilized against President Bush with the highly toxic ABB program. They do not need any issue, they just hate the America that could elect the smarter of the two candidates. If President Bush does not give his supporters the constructionist they want, they will be less likely to support him and his policies in the future.
