Hehe, you kill me Slagle. Went to BP to fill up today, 2.11 for the cheap stuff - 3 blocks down at another BP 2.24 for the cheap stuff. Drove up to scottrade office - thought lotta people be calling in to sell because of london attacks - nope. They have CNBC on but the guys in the office tracking the hurricane instead, I tell them yah that has to suck if you are trying to get insurance, and they look at me with this dumbfounded look and say what you mean - so I point them to st pete times article and one gets on the phone in a rush and calls some people. The other says OMG you can't close a mortgage in fla now - and he starts calling some people. New guys since I was in there last time(turnover is high in that office), ask them if they ever heard of Phil Grande or listen to 1250 AM - they say nope - who is that? It amazes me they have CNBC running, don't watch it, have Phil on Radio, don't listen, have st pete times articles they don't read, what do they know that we don't? hehe I head over to chuck e cheese - right down from the scottrade office - it been about 20 years since I been in one. So many wild kids running around screaming and crazy - make me rethink if I want philippine giving me lots of little shades. I was like the only adult male in there, mostly moms with thier kids - daddies no where to be found - I started talking with this cute asian mom and she telling me all kind of stuff, then her kid come up and drop some pizza on her nice skirt and that was the end of thier lunch - hehe. They were packed out though, raking in the cash. I guess it was too hot for the mothers to play with thier kids outside and melt thier makeup. Looks like I will be heading up to ga today if the hurricane doesn't play nice.
