Without Chimp and Big Dick's aide, they'd have a negative net worth now. Sorry Chump your logic doesn't tally. Nonetheless they are a crappily run company, as you so rightly point out, and NEED govt. handouts to survive. Big Dick Cheney recognizes this and wants to preserve and even enhance the value of his options.
