You never know with pinkie MM's. Should be a gapping move, perhaps after they scare up a little selling at the open. The real cure to MM manipulation on pinks is volume and HISC has it along with rare combination of substance and shareholder friendly management.

HISC Opening up .046 x .047 looking good. The $2.5 million contract is just being digested. The company was already profitable. This doubles last years revenue, etc.
