Look at it more this way. HISC offers a comprehensive package for, inter alia, port security, container cargo monitoring, etc., which will include the GPS tracking and the Cyber Noze. HISC puts together pieces of a package efficiently and sorely needed. They are able to adapt, we've seen, to the school bus contract, and retail sales and large wholesale contracts for the cyber tracker, etc.

IMX is not a marketer. They invented the science. The one knock on the company has been that the CEO is the scientist and did not know how to sell. This appears to be changing and this deal with HISC appears to be great for both companies.

If it's called "Cyber Noze" it's an HISC product. If it's called "Quantum Sniffer" it's an IMX product.

Who makes the product? IMX, I believe, or they have it made for them. IMX did the R&D on which the product is based. IMX have all the patents.

What dos HISC have? The ability to sell it! And for that they will be VERY well rewarded!
