Do you have any feel for the Fed's choice of liquidity?

TOMOs have been pretty heavy over the past week, but the TIOs have completely disappeared as there has not been an auction since June 24.

On the securities lending front, the 12 month high was hit on June 30 when there was over $9.5 billion lent out in one day.

Even though TIOs are controlled by Treasury, it seems that those auctions would be coordinated with the Fed's other ops.

But why use TIOs versus Securities Lending versus TOMO?
