Ray, the components tend to be small to medium floaters. These stocks are receiving renewed interest and just recently have been given enough attention to classify as an investment option as a stock sector. Still, a few of the component stocks have just received new analyst coverage while only a few have risen to new highs. The focus on the security/defense stocks promises to continue.

I like STE and ANT - both have established new 52 week highs. ACTI is trading at book and just under cash (no debt) and the chart has a rounded bottom.

RAE is already in our folio, and looks like it wants the gap filled.

Attention to this sector makes small floaters like ASPG volatile - lots of gaps here, but the trend is up.

Any opinion on HEPH's chart? This stock is one of only two (on my quick review on a slow computer) biotech stocks featured in the index.
