No, Cheney would never help Halliburton get a 9.1 billion dollar contract. Never. He has completely divorced himself from the company. Doesn't care about it one bit. And he's so ethical he would try and make sure they don't get any huge contracts which might give the appearance of corruption. Must have been that ninny Rumsfield who gave HAL the no-bid whopper contract and let them rip us off.
