The "minimum payment thing" is of course originally the fault of the banks, who out of greed wanted to "fleece the sheep" as much as possible... But now the powers that be are playing a very evil game in my opinion by just making things worse after the cat has already gotten out of the bag and people are already in a cash shortage position. President Clinton here we come again? Could very well be, if the election is honest next time around.
