The book has the data/analysis you are looking for. Only YOU can't figure this out for some reason. The book by Michael Murphy. That IS a direct response to your question, but apparantly you still can't figure out that the data and analysis are in the book even I after said so THREE TIMES now. Reading comprehension? LOL!
