The left has repeatedly charged US forces with torture.

That's kind of like saying the Democrats accused Reagan of having Alzheimers. It's a simple fact, not a disputable "charge".

The US has already tortured to death 108 prisoners. That's the official number from the US gov't. The real figure is likely higher.
