Never gonna sell; more of a chance they would swap that place for the next door ranch, and split 40 acres off to me. 700K..yeah, but they sold the "lower house" for 500K a few months ago. Some guy just drove by, stopped, and offered them 400, right out of the blue. Eventually became 500; not bad for something they had no intention of selling.
