Lee...It's a team effort and a top Manager MUST be willing to bring new blood in throughout the year...that's how top companies (like Google) compete and stay ahead of their competition...Look at what Atlanta has been able to do with their top talent from their farm teams...They nurture, support and quickly promote top talent...THE CUBS NEED MORE ROOKIES on their team...Just my view...>>
