It would seem that 212F is safe for ambient temps.... rather than room temperature... temps in the Mohave can potentially reach over 150F on surfaces directly exposed to sunlight.

So stupid me thought 212F would be a level which would handle anything we could reasonably see for landlines... BWDIK?
