I just guessed liquidity pour after the bombs -- really haven't followed things well enough to know. OT: I was shocked to hear Tony Blair say, "there's little that can be done if a nut has a bomb and wants to kill people." Bushoccio will never be so honest. He is going to punish every evildoer and if we can get everyone frightened enough to accept his emergency powers -- he will make every one safe. So much for his war on a tactic. The logical end of a war on terror is to become a force so terrible that everyone is afraid of you. I don't think it is going to work. Maybe someone else will be elected next time who knows more than how to swing a big stick.
