Naturalism is the sensible assumption that only the natural world knowable through the senses is amenable to universal, verifiable, repeatable observation and verification, and thus only the empirical universe is a subject of science.

It does not make the judgment that there is no supernatural world, or no God, only that it is not knowable to science. I think only a fanatic would disagree with that.

God save us from the fanatics that condemned Galileo and denounced Copernicus.
