Bush laid off Osama and AL Qaida when he decided we had to rush in Iraq with 90% of our military, SpecOps and intel might. And when Bush said "bring it on!" he helped create a new terrorism training ground just as we needed to pacify Iraq.

Bush has failed as Commander in Chief and needs to be impeached for the good of the country.
